The order may be cancelled due to any of the following reasons;

1.Not effective because of network failure

2.Wrong click

3.Dissatisfied with the goods after delivery

4.Not fully unlocked all levelsAOn customer request if the product has not been shipped yet.

We will initiate the refund after cancellation has been completed. Refund will be processed based on the original mode of payment for the order in question. Refunds processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement. The refund amount will be processed after deducting the actual payment-gateway charges.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown/explained on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
